This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect personal information when you visit Client Stream Israel websites, subdomains, landing pages, opt-in pages, training portals, student-access pages, booking pages, forms or related online services, including pages hosted at clientstream.me, training.clientstream.me or other Client Stream-related domains or subdomains we use from time to time; register for a free training; book or attend a sales call; submit a form; communicate with us; participate in a paid program; or interact with our advertising.

Client Stream acts as the owner of databases containing personal information collected through its websites, forms, applications, registrations, communications, advertising systems, customer-management systems, training portals, paid-program participation, recordings and related service-delivery systems. We handle that information in accordance with applicable Israeli privacy laws, including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, where applicable.

If you later enroll in a paid Client Stream program, the separate enrollment agreement may include additional notices and consents for payment, delivery, live calls, recordings, WhatsApp/community participation, AI tools, testimonials or program materials.

For privacy questions, access or correction requests, deletion requests where legally available, marketing opt-outs or other privacy-related requests, our official contact methods are email and written mail only. You may contact us by email at support [at] clientstream [dot] me or by written mail at the address listed at the end of this Policy.

1. Important Summary

We collect information to operate the website, training pages, opt-in funnel and related Client Stream services, manage leads, provide free trainings, hold sales calls, send service and marketing messages, improve our ads and funnels, protect our rights and comply with legal obligations.

Free trainings, webinars, sales calls, Zoom calls, paid program calls, support sessions and other live or online sessions are recorded or may be recorded after notice is given, unless recording without notice is permitted by applicable law. Free webinar or training replays may be sent or made available to registrants or people who requested access. Sales-call recordings are used internally. Paid program call recordings may be made available to paid participants in the applicable program, cohort, access group or membership area.

We may use software tools, automation, AI tools, custom GPTs and third-party service providers to help process inquiries, analyze forms and applications, organize information, draft responses, improve materials, provide educational support and operate or deliver our services. This may include processing personal information you submit to us.

We may use service providers such as website platforms, CRM/email tools, payment providers, Zoom, WhatsApp, analytics tools and advertising platforms. Some may process information outside Israel.

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone database.

You may contact us to request access to, or correction of, personal information about you, subject to applicable law.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number and similar details.
  • Lead and application information: information you submit in forms, surveys, call applications, booking pages, messages or emails. This may include information about your business, income, goals, challenges, emotional state, relationships, health, therapy-related background, personal circumstances, readiness, budget, implementation capacity, objections, sales process, marketing history or other private matters that you choose to provide.
  • Sensitive or private information you choose to provide: health-related information, emotional or relationship information, therapy-adjacent background, personal circumstances, income or revenue information, business finances, client-fit information, or other sensitive details you submit in forms, applications, calls, messages or program participation.
  • Sales and service communications: sales-call recordings, Zoom-call recordings, WhatsApp messages, emails, support messages and notes about communications with you.
  • Free-training and website interaction information: registrations, attendance, questions, comments, feedback, page views, clicks and content interactions.
  • Training portal and paid-program access information: login details, access status, course progress, training views, replay access, comments, questions, chat messages, attendance, participation, support interactions and related program-usage information.
  • Transaction information if you later purchase: payment status, invoices, receipts, transaction records, payment-plan status, failed-payment records and bookkeeping records, where relevant. We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or full bank-account details. Payment information is handled by third-party payment processors, banks or bookkeeping providers subject to their own terms, privacy policies and security practices.
  • Website, device and advertising data: IP address, device and browser details, page views, links clicked, cookies, pixels, campaign source, ad interactions and similar analytics or tracking data.
  • Legal and compliance records: acceptance of terms, consent records, dispute records, advertising-consent records and evidence needed to protect legal rights.

Some forms, applications, surveys, calls, messages or program discussions may ask for or receive information about your business, income, goals, challenges, emotional state, relationships, health, therapy-related background, personal circumstances or other sensitive or private matters. Please share only information that is truthful, relevant and necessary for your inquiry or participation.

Do not submit medical records, therapy records, legal documents, full identity documents, credit-card numbers, bank-account details, passwords, confidential third-party information or client-identifying information unless we specifically request it and provide appropriate instructions. Client Stream does not provide medical, therapeutic, legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional services.

3. Is Providing Information Required?

You are not legally required to provide personal information through the Site. However, if you choose not to provide certain information, we may not be able to register you for a free training, send access details, respond to your inquiry, schedule a sales call, provide follow-up information or operate the opt-in funnel.

When we ask for information, we use it for the purposes described in this Policy and may share it with the types of recipients described below.

4. Communications Do Not Create a Professional Relationship

Submitting a form, booking a call, sending a message, attending a free training or communicating with Client Stream does not create a therapeutic, medical, legal, tax, financial, investment, fiduciary or other regulated professional relationship.

Except where required by law, communications with Client Stream should not be treated as privileged or confidential professional communications. Client Stream is not acting as your lawyer, accountant, therapist, medical provider, financial adviser, fiduciary or regulated professional adviser.

Client Stream provides business, marketing and sales education only. Do not send trauma histories, detailed health information, therapy notes, medical records, legal documents, confidential financial documents, client-identifying information or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically ask for it and you have the right to share it.

5. Lawful Grounds for Processing

We process personal information based on consent, your request or interaction with us, contractual necessity where relevant, legal obligations, protection of rights, legitimate business purposes and other lawful grounds permitted under applicable law.

6. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • to operate websites, landing pages, forms, booking pages, free trainings, sales calls and communications;
  • to register you for free trainings or sales calls;
  • to send free-training access, reminders, replay links, related educational materials and follow-up messages connected to your registration;
  • to evaluate, manage and follow up with leads who request information or book a call;
  • to review applications, assess fit, prepare for sales calls and determine whether to offer paid enrollment;
  • to manage transaction records if you later purchase or enroll;
  • to record, review and retain sales calls for quality control, training, customer service, evidence, compliance, dispute handling and legal protection;
  • to use software tools, automation, AI tools, custom GPTs or third-party tools to help process inquiries, analyze applications, organize information, draft responses, improve materials, support operations and deliver services;
  • to provide replay access to registrants, paid participants or other authorized users, depending on the type of recording and the applicable agreement;
  • to maintain records of consent, acceptance, communication, recordings, opt-outs, legal notices and compliance activity;
  • to personalize, measure and improve our websites, ads, funnels, emails, trainings, offers and operations;
  • to send transactional messages about registration, scheduling, service updates, legal notices and support;
  • to send promotional messages where permitted by law, where you consent, or where another lawful basis applies;
  • to protect our business, intellectual property, systems, legal rights and legitimate interests;
  • to comply with Israeli tax, accounting, consumer-protection, privacy, security, court, regulatory and legal obligations.

7. Recordings, Replays and Participant Visibility

Free trainings, webinars, sales calls, Zoom calls, paid program calls, support sessions and other live or online sessions are generally recorded after notice is given, unless recording without notice is permitted by applicable law.

If you do not want to be recorded, do not join or continue the recorded session. Because recording is part of how we operate, we may not be able to provide a non-recorded alternative unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.

Recordings may include your name, image, voice, chat messages, questions, comments, business information, personal information and other information you choose to share during the session.

Free webinar or training recordings and replays may be sent or made available to registrants or people who requested access. Sales-call recordings are used internally for customer support, quality assurance, internal training, legal compliance, dispute handling, evidence, fraud prevention and protection of our rights, unless you separately consent to another use.

Paid program call recordings may be made available to paid participants in the applicable program, cohort, access group or membership area. If you participate in a paid live call, your name, image, voice, chat messages, questions, comments, business information and other information you share may be visible or audible to other paid participants through the live session or recording.

Do not share confidential, sensitive, third-party, client-identifying, medical, therapeutic, legal, financial or private information during calls unless you are comfortable with that information being heard by other participants and potentially appearing in the recording.

We will not use your name, image, voice, testimonial, story, business results, screenshot or identifiable participant content in public marketing without your separate consent.

8. WhatsApp and Messaging Platforms

We may communicate with leads, registrants or participants through WhatsApp, SMS or similar messaging tools where permitted by law or with appropriate consent.

WhatsApp and similar tools are operated by third parties. Communications may be processed through servers outside Israel and may be subject to the third party's own terms, privacy policy and security practices.

If you later join a WhatsApp group, other participants may be able to see your phone number, display name, profile image, messages and any information you choose to share. Participation in a WhatsApp group is voluntary unless the paid enrollment agreement says otherwise. Do not share sensitive, confidential, medical, therapeutic, legal, financial or client-identifying information in WhatsApp or group settings.

WhatsApp, SMS, phone, platform notifications and social-media messages may be used for communication where appropriate, but unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, they are not official channels for privacy requests, legal notices or cancellation notices. Official contact methods are email and written mail.

9. AI Tools, Automation and Custom GPTs

Client Stream may use software tools, automation, AI tools, custom GPTs, prompts, analytics tools or third-party service providers in connection with content, training, marketing review, application review, form analysis, sales preparation, customer support, program delivery, operations or paid-program support.

This may include processing personal information you submit to us, including contact details, business information, application answers, goals, challenges, preferences, communications, call notes, marketing materials, offer details and other information you choose to provide.

Where we use AI or software tools with personal information, we aim to limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. We do not intentionally submit full payment-card details, full bank-account details, passwords, medical records, therapy records, full identity documents or client-identifying information into AI tools unless specifically necessary and handled with appropriate instructions.

AI-generated or software-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate. They are support tools only and should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, therapeutic, psychological or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying and approving any materials before using them in your business.

AI and software providers may process information outside Israel, depending on the provider and tool used.

10. Testimonials, Publicity and Paid-Program Materials

If you send us feedback, comments, testimonials, screenshots, results, questions or other materials before enrollment, we may use them to respond to you, evaluate your inquiry, improve our services and protect our rights.

Any broader use of your name, likeness, voice, results, screenshots, live-call participation or paid-program materials for marketing, advertising, case studies, social proof or future participant access will be addressed in the paid enrollment agreement or a separate consent.

11. Cookies, Pixels and Advertising Tools

We may use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tags and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember preferences, measure traffic, understand lead sources, improve funnels, show advertising, retarget visitors and evaluate campaign performance.

These tools may be provided by third parties, including Meta/Facebook, Google, website platforms, analytics providers, social media platforms, advertising networks, CRM providers and email tools. They may collect or receive information from your browser or device according to their own policies.

You can usually block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some site features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

12. Marketing Communications

We may send non-promotional service messages related to your registration, training access, replay access, scheduling, application, sales call, account, transaction, legal notice, customer service or other requested interaction.

Where permitted by law, including Section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982 where applicable, we may send promotional messages by email, SMS, WhatsApp or similar electronic means if you consent, request information, register for a training, book a call, submit a form, or where another lawful basis applies. Promotional messages may include training reminders, replay links, webinar follow-up, invitations, offers, program information and related business education.

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by using an unsubscribe link where available, replying "STOP" or "הסר" where technically available, or contacting support [at] clientstream [dot] me. We may still send non-promotional service, transaction, legal or administrative messages where permitted by law.

13. When We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • service providers who help us operate websites, CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Zoom, scheduling, forms, hosting, analytics, advertising, security and customer support;
  • AI platforms, custom GPT providers, automation tools and software providers used for application review, content support, operations, customer support or program delivery;
  • payment processors, credit-card providers, banks and bookkeeping/accounting providers if you later purchase or enroll;
  • professional advisers, including lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, compliance advisers and technical consultants;
  • regulators, courts, government authorities, law-enforcement bodies or other parties when required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights, safety, payments, evidence or legal claims;
  • buyers, successors or advisers in connection with a sale, merger, reorganization, transfer or financing of all or part of the business.

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone database.

Paid program recordings, comments, questions, chat messages and participant-visible content may be shared with other paid participants in the applicable program, cohort, access group or membership area, as described in this Policy and the paid enrollment agreement.

If Client Stream is sold, transferred, reorganized, merged or financed, personal information may be transferred as part of the relevant business assets or operations, subject to applicable law. This Policy will continue to apply unless it is replaced by an updated policy or lawful notice.

14. International Transfers

Some providers we use may store or process information outside Israel, including in the United States, Europe or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. These providers may include website platforms, CRM and email providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, payment processors, cloud services, Zoom, WhatsApp, AI platforms and other operational tools.

International transfers may also occur when information is processed by AI platforms, automation tools, analytics providers, CRM systems, video platforms, messaging providers, advertising platforms or other operational software providers.

By using our websites or services, submitting forms, registering for trainings or communicating with us, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed outside Israel. We take reasonable steps to work with providers and practices appropriate for the nature of the information and the services.

15. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, loss or alteration. These may include limiting access, using reputable service providers, account controls and reasonable security practices.

We also aim to limit access to personal information to people and service providers who reasonably need it for the purposes described in this Policy.

No website, email, messaging, cloud, payment or video platform is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we believe a security incident materially affects personal information, we may provide notice where appropriate or legally required.

16. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including lead management, free-training delivery, sales-call records, customer service, marketing records, accounting, tax, payment, fraud prevention, dispute handling, evidence and legal compliance.

We may retain some records after your interaction with us ends, including invoices, payment records, consent records, call records, access logs, dispute records and materials needed to protect legal rights.

Different categories of information may be kept for different periods. For example, marketing-consent records, opt-out records, transaction records, tax/accounting records, recordings, application records, call notes, dispute records and legal evidence may be kept for longer where reasonably needed for compliance, evidence, defense of claims, fraud prevention, payment disputes, customer service or legitimate business purposes.

We may delete, anonymize or aggregate information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

17. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may have rights to review personal information about you held in a database and to request correction of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated.

You may also request deletion where legally permitted, removal from marketing communications, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Some requests may be limited where information is needed for legal, tax, accounting, payment, evidence, security, dispute, contractual or legitimate business purposes.

You may also ask us to explain the main purposes for which we hold information about you and the types of third parties to whom information may be disclosed, subject to applicable law and verification of your identity.

If you ask us to delete information, we may not be able to delete information that we are required or permitted to keep for legal, tax, accounting, payment, security, fraud prevention, dispute, evidence, contractual or legitimate business purposes.

To make a request, contact support [at] clientstream [dot] me. We may ask you to verify your identity and provide enough detail to handle the request. We will respond according to applicable law.

18. Database and Privacy Compliance

Where applicable, we aim to comply with Israeli database, notice, data-security, transparency, data-subject-rights and privacy-law requirements. This may include maintaining internal records, security controls, access controls, service-provider practices, privacy notices, consent records and other measures appropriate to the nature of the information and our activities.

If database registration, notification, appointment of a privacy role or another formal privacy obligation is required by applicable law, we will handle it according to legal requirements and attorney guidance.

19. Privacy Governance

We aim to maintain privacy practices appropriate to the nature, volume and sensitivity of the information we process. These practices may include limiting access to personal information, using service providers with appropriate security practices, maintaining internal records where required, reviewing privacy and security risks, keeping consent and opt-out records, and updating this Policy when our practices materially change.

If applicable law requires us to appoint a privacy protection officer, register or notify a database, maintain additional documentation, or take other formal privacy-governance steps, we will handle those obligations according to legal requirements and attorney guidance.

20. Children

Client Stream is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor provided information to us, contact support [at] clientstream [dot] me.

21. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

Our websites, emails, ads, free trainings or messages may link to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices, content, security, availability or policies. Your use of platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, payment processors, social media platforms or scheduling tools may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

22. Language

This Privacy Policy is currently provided in English only. By using the Site, submitting a form, registering for a free training, booking a call or communicating with us, you confirm that you can read and understand English, or that you have obtained appropriate assistance before using the Site. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide notice by email, website notice or another reasonable method. Continued use of our websites or services after an update means the updated Policy will apply to information collected or used after the effective date of the update, to the extent permitted by law.
